In order to best serve you, please read the following:
Have you reached out to the retailer where you purchased the product? If not, please do so. If they are unable to assist you, please continue with your warranty claim.
You MUST still have the product in your possession to submit a warranty claim. DO NOT throw the product away until your claim has been processed and approved.If you are submitting a warranty claim for more than one item, please include all claimed products in one submission. Please upload one photo that includes all of the claimed products together.
In order to process your warranty claim, we will need all of the information requested in the form to be filled out accurately. Please ensure that your shipping and email addresses are complete and accurate.
Once your claim is processed, a member of our team will contact you via email to proceed. This may take up to two weeks during our busiest seasons.
