If you need to return multiple Items, each item must be submitted separately through our return portal. If multiple items are selected at once, only one return label will be provided.
Steps to Submit a Return:
1. Enter your order number (including the # symbol) and the shipping zip code.
2. Select one item you would like to return.
3. Choose the reason for your return.
4. Select your refund option:
a. Original payment method (subject to a Handling Fee for return shipping costs)
- Store Credit (Gift Card) (no return shipping costs)
5. Review your return details and select “Submit Return”
6. Repeat these steps for each additional item you need to return.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive an email with your return label(s) for each item.
