North America (USA & Canada) Consumer Warranty Information
- The following limited warranty applies to purchases made within North America (USA and Canada).
- Warranty claims for purchases made outside of North America (USA and Canada) must be directed to the retailer, dealer or distributor of purchase.
To best service any GCI Outdoor (GCI) warranty, products must be registered in the GCI product owners' database. Click here to register a product and complete the online product registration form (recommended within one month of purchase).
You will need your defective product on hand to complete the warranty request. Please keep possession of your defective product until your claim has been completed.
The GCI Limited warranty applies to GCI Outdoor (GCI) branded products only. The GCI warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any third party. GCI products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the following durations:
GCI Outdoor: 3 Year Limited Warranty (unless stated otherwise*) Within 90 days of original purchase, all claims should be addressed with the retailer of purchase
The LevrUp Canopy warranty is as follows:
- Frame: 3 Year Limited Warranty
- Canopy Fabric: One Year Limited Warranty
- Canopy Roller Bag: One Year Limited Warranty
Replacement Product Shipping Fee:
After 1 Year of ownership, as determined by proof of purchase or by the original PO stamp on the product, and where the warranty claim requires a replacement chair, a standard shipping fee for all contiguous USA deliveries of $15.00 will be paid by customers.

GCI products are solely intended for personal and recreational use by one person at a time, unless otherwise specified, at or below the recommended weight capacity rating. Anyone with physical limitations or concerns about any existing health conditions should check with a health care provider prior to using any recreational products. The GCI limited warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations or liabilities. The duration of any warranty is implied by state law, including, but not limited to the implied warranty period, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to one year from the date of original purchase. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on length of implied warranties, so above limitation may not apply to all consumers. This gives the consumer specific legal rights, depending on state or country of residence. The GCI limited warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
- Normal wear & tear during the life of a product
- Broken handles/straps
- Broken cup holders & side pockets
- Natural breakdown of colors & materials during the life of a product, including rust
- Improper care including, but not limited to, abuse, rips, burns, alterations, disassembly and/or moisture damage
You will need your defective product on hand to complete the warranty request. Please keep possession of your defective product until up to 14 days after your claim has been approved and your replacement has been received. If you do not keep possession of your defective product during the warranty process, GCI Outdoor cannot guarantee a replacement.

Have written several times and have gotten no responses but thank you for contacting us it takes two weeks to examine your complaint
I was just wondering if your products are warranted for life if the product, there seems to be poor workmanship on the upper back or the rocker where the material after less then 18 months is tearing, is this replaceable, thanks
