OUR RETURN & REFUND REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging with tags intact
- Purchased directly from our website
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website. If you purchase your item from another retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may appear as a “Handling Fee” in our return portal. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To avoid return shipping costs, you can choose to receive a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund. This credit can only be used for purchases made on our website.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and should appear in your account within 3-5 business days, unless you select store credit as your refund option.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges, instead, please return your product for a refund and place a new order for the correct product. If the item you received does not match your order, or the item arrived damaged, please Contact Us for assistance.
